  December 4, 2022 - This is just massive still at this age! I have been a list member for 12 years and decided maybe I should try a bottle since I have almost 4 cases now. Well I gave it an hour decant and gave it a sip and it was still tight as a drum. Really just now into two hours decanted and it is really starting to sing. Too bad my Snake River Farms Wagyu ribeye is long gone. I am sipping on it little by little just taking it all in. Looking forward to opening a few bottles now and in the future each year. Amazing wine.
