  April 19, 2009 - Clear dark purple. Aromatic nose of blackberry jam, currant. Medium body, medium acidity, smooth small rounded tannins. Jammy blackberry, cedar, and tea leaves muddled with a touch of black olive on the mid-palate. Spicy medium plus finish, a trace of heat. Recommended.
