  December 10, 2022 - Clear medium ruby; clean medium plus nose of musty shed, sour yeast, green pepper, black pepper and fresh blackberries; dry; high acidity; medium plus tannins; medium plus alcohol; medium body; pronounced flavour intensity; palate is tarter with addition of leather and cocoa; medium plus finish; drink now or in 5 years; typical Pearl yeast blew off after about 30 minutes in the glass; very precise and well made wine; however, green pepper is not my favourite flavour profile
