  December 16, 2022 - Golden like a wedding ring, but it changes and the last glass is significantly lighter. This sometimes happens with these semi-natural wines. Harmonious and somewhat subdued nose of baked lemon and baked herbs. In the mouth the harmony goes on. It is delicate and softly spoken. However, there is a flash of oxidation at the end of the taste curve. Short but unmistakable. This is likely to be mature oxidation rather than premature given the age, but I had thought it would last longer. A good wine, but on the way down. This was the last bottle, fortunately enough.
