  December 16, 2022 - Tasted after a 90 minute decant.
  Medium ruby in colour with lovely aromas of sweet black fruit, herbal forest floor & a hint of oak.
  On the palate, medium bodied savoury black fruit, boysenberry/blackberry/black cherry, herbal & slightly earthy, well integrated oak, chocolate, medium acidity, medium soft tannins with a long finish to sour cherry & black pepper.
  This is tasty & well crafted wine!
  Still terrific flavour on night #3.
