December 18, 2022 - Rather spitzig, showing the style of wine making (more pinot than Aussie shiraz).
The acid is thankfully starting to mellow but there is still time to wait for complexity. It’s still savoury blackberry jam in style, youthful in spite of being a gentle, even (almost) light weight, wine.
Under screwcap even a lighter vintage like this might last a long while.
I recommend you give it a good shake, and then decant for 30+ minutes.
