  December 24, 2022 - This, for me, is what champagne is all about. I love the richness of Pinot Noir, held with the tension and lifted lightness of chardonnay, made from Grand Cru vineyards. This hits all the buttons. It also has low dosage. Whilst showing richness now, it is taught with an almost iodine streak, telling me 5 years will transform it and it might even need 10 to really begin to sing. The 2 in my cellar are about to get some friends, if I can find them.
