The fine terroir giving good length. If there is a criticism it is only that the sense of apple is quite prominent and as a result I am thinking this still has to find real complexity - though I have drunk enough Riesling in the company of others to know I seem to find the smell of apple more dominant in Riesling than do others. This is totally fit for purpose, utterly delicious and really ridiculously good value. 7.5% alcohol.
