  December 27, 2022 - From a magnum, wine has shed some of its infancy tannins even though that there is still plenty left. Nose has opened with notes of vanilla, mocha, leather and chalk. Very length, paired well with hard cheeses. Still needs time. Try again in 2025, will hold until 2035.
