  August 31, 2022 - Medium-bodied, with firm acidity and smooth tannin. Mild, slightly oxidised flavours of green apple, almond, and oak. Without food, the acidity is a bit harsh. I strongly agree with the previous (2020) tasting note: "Not unattractive, but needs food and perhaps past its peak."
