  January 1, 2023 - Decanted about an hour. Very deep red. Opaque. On the nose, the deep and rich fruit here takes one to southern Rhône. More fruity than firm, with deep layers featuring tobacco and blackberries. Long and very impressive. Clearly an outstanding wine.
