  December 31, 2022 - Clear medium ruby; clean medium plus nose of dirt, charred meat and red berries; dry; medium plus acidty; low tannins; medium alcohol; medium body; medium plus flavour intensity; palate is tarter with addition of cocoa; medium plus finish; drink now or in a few years - not sure it will develop much more; some development but remains very crunchy and fresh; poured from magnum; part of Treadwell’s NYE tasting menu
