  January 3, 2023 - Blind, red licorice, aneth, herbe de Provence, green olives ending on a slightly acidic finish. Seems like its in its peak drinking window where it will not improve. Some tannins present. Had this a few years ago, this bottle was slightly les impressive which leads me to believe that the wine is on a decline. Drink within 5 years.
