  January 5, 2023 - Citrus and a little reduction on the nose, continuing with citrus in the mouth with some apple, salinity on the core, and an almost surprising lick of is that vanilla and caramel from new world oak? I think it might be. Longish finish on not-overwhelming acidity but enough to play great with oysters and clams on the halfshell. YUM.
