  January 7, 2023 - A couple of years since my last note. Still dark fruits (primarily blackberry) but I'm not getting the earth I tasted a couple of years ago. I did, however, get a hint of cocoa.
  
  In the middle of the PS style. It paired well with my wife's chili, but I wouldn't pair it with spicy foods like curries.
