  January 8, 2023 - The wine still feels a little unresolved. Nose with a very clear hint of oak. Flowers, chocolate and ketchup. On the palate there is sweet and sour fruit, hints of blood orange, perfume and heavy, malty fruit. Still have to lay a few years...
