  January 8, 2023 - Pop and pour and enjoyed with food (spaghetti with a sausage ragu, and some grilled steak, in case you were wondering).
  dark garnet color.
  Nose offers red clay, wet earth and some cherry notes. Perhaps a hint of mushroom and soy.
  dark fruited with savory notes. Tannins peak out to dry the mouth a bit, suggesting this can benefit from some more time in the cellar.
  Good structure but not yet showing its full potential.
