  January 15, 2023 - Salted caramel or maple syrup sap, with bright cooking apples and toasted almonds. Unbelievably smooth. Long finish. Paired with Stilton but also dark chocolate almond Krispy treats. Marvelous! Inspired historic conversations and recitations of the Gettysburg Address (given a year earlier!)
