  January 20, 2023 - Delicious wine. Venturi strained into decanter and started drinking 45 minutes or so later. Wine is mostly opened, grippy but in no way tannic or closed. Rich dark berries, sweet balsamic and cocoa are dominant flavors. Already showing nuance.
  
  Bottle says “aging potential of 5-20 years” implying a drinking window of 2020-40 and making the suggested dates on CT quite a bit conservative.
  
  Picked up for $47/bottle and wish I had gotten much more.
