  January 26, 2023 - Colour: Ruby red, transparent, watery rim
  
  Nose: Wild berries fruit, smoky, strong leathery notes, a touch of game
  
  Palate: Meaty leathery fruits, a hint of sea salt, a little gamey
  
  A great reminder of its sibling but smaller in scale and of course, less intense and a shorter finish, comes very clean, very well made, has its own charm! Personally, I think it is at or near its peak, certainly able to carry on for a few more years, no hurry to drink it up!
