  February 1, 2023 - Day-1: opened up initially very soft and plush with balanced cherry and raspberry fruit, gunsmoke, iris, and some whispers of potting soil. However, the grip of the wine started to take a stronger stance as the night continued. I will give an update tomorrow to see how this develops.
  
  Day-2: came well into its own. Delicious!
