  Lacks the verve (and acidity) that one would like to see (and one should expect) from a Loire Cab Franc. This is my second experience with this wine (and vintage), and I sense a lot of raw material (potential) in the grapes, which isn't allowed to express itself in the glass - rather like a thoroughbred horse only permitted to trot.
