  May 16, 2023 - Served well-chilled (6c/43f) for a celebratory occasion (Birthday). It's been some time since I've submitted a tasting note for this Prosecco, but it continues to be a pleasant surprise on each occasion, now our "Go-To" Prosecco. DOCG, Superiore, as compared to the less stringent DOC standards.
  
  There is a nice nose of green apples with a hint of yeast, and good effervescence, retaining bubbles even after a couple of days. Crisp & Refreshing on the palate with mineral, citrus and some pear notes, leading to a pleasant finish. Good as an accompaniment to food/appetizers or just by itself.
