  Served (aft 1-hr decant) with Stuffed Bell Peppers & Caprese Salad.
  
  Clear, light Ruby Red in the glass. Floral nose of Raspberry & Cherry with a hint of anise. Light-bodied, yet flavorful palate with notes of white pepper and baking spices. Nice mouth-feel. Tannins don't come to the fore, yet ample enough to leave a little pucker and fuzzy feel on the tooth. Low acidity for a Medium, Tart Finish. Spouse Endorsed. Will Buy More.
