  May 30, 2023 - in a nice spot, totally mature, probably best now and for another few years
  
  opens with intense cooked meat aromas, but eventually blue and red fruits come up, definitely a little vanilla and spice from oak, but its nicely integrated here
  
  lively and fresh, nice body and texture for an 11-year-old Bourgogne, fruit is a little syrupy and candied but nothing too sticky or heavy here, earthy and meaty finish, great with lamb shanks
