  August 6, 2009 - Beautiful color. Strong and very pretty nose (lots of fruit and chocolate). An amazingly powerful and complex Cab Franc. It wouldn't win in a battle, but it is definitely in the same class as Quintarelli's Alzero which probably defines Cab Franc. Lots of fruit and chocolate. Good spices mixing the two together. And changing with each moment. I sure wish I had more of this.
