November 14, 2009 - Never guess that this wine does go through malolactic fermentation, must be limited - light, crisp, showing good acidity. To me though, too austere - missing some fruit, even after sitting in the glass a little while. I cannot even draw analogies to any white Burgundy. I am going to hold on to my others for 6-12 months and try again - hopefully open up a bit of the fruit.
