Nose: Lemon zest, minerals, yeast, bread; bright and fresh
Palate: Flavors mirrored the nose; superb acidity; clean and balanced. An amazing pairing with the smoked fish. First time trying this producer, and very impressed. Solid QPR.7,491 views
