  December 25, 2009 - Very pleasant rose and did take a while to open. Herbal and strawberry notes and very dry, but still refreshing. Went very well with all appetizers from stuffed mushrooms, to cheese and prosciutto wrapped figs. Even had it with our salad first cours and found it wonderful.
