December 23, 2009 - Obtained this bottle from the cellar of the Precinct restaurant in Cincinnati, OH. Tannins were definitely under control on this bottle. I had a bit of a stuffy nose, so the fruit did not come through well. I tasted mostly pepper and a hint of barnyard. Wine evolved by the half hour becoming very smooth about an hour after we opened the bottle.
