  December 31, 2009 - 2nd day and the wine picks up its own unique saltiness style. It offers nice scent of sweet caramel, blackberries, blueberries. BUT the taste has lean toward the saltiness, the wine taste salty and become more salty toward the end of the bottle. Is it the style of Greenock as I've encountered most of the wine from this winery has the salty palate.
