  January 4, 2010 - impressive. very tiny bubbles. nose is pineapple, coconut, butter and oak and floral elements and citrus elements. body is full. on the palate there is butter, oak, pineapple and a very long finish with a snappy acidity and a bit of anise and citrus. the acidity was at first sharp but rounded out and opened up with time the wine developed nicely and opened up a bit.
