  January 18, 2010 - A: Very deep and rich. Orange notes looks almost viscous.
  N: Meaty with a little sweet caramel. Fennel. Smells a bit like a bakery. Mushroom. Huge amounts of molasses.
  T: Bold chocolate, chewy big fruits. Coffee.
  F: Mint. Super long and opulent. The tannins are beautiful and alive. Some green grass or hay.
  Overall: Very good but a bit intense. Had this alone without food, probably could have used a nice steak or burger.
