  January 23, 2010 - Color: Richard ruby color, light aura, light slender bamby legs
  
  Nose: Earthy, vine leaves, chlorofile, potpoury, sadlewood, leaves, minerals. Young, young, young...
  
  Taste: initially sour, but developed into a well rounded sour cherries to hints of chocolate to peppery, just keeps on developing.
  
  Finish: light tannins, medium finish, initially peppery, then pepper disappears on finish.
  
  Overall: young moody teenager that takes you on ever changing ride, Light and temperamental, but wants you to come back. Don't instantly judge, as it develops continuosly in the glass.
