  January 24, 2010 - Very closed on first opening. Opened up a bit and smoothed with about an hour in the glass. Muted fruit with lots of flint and leather and a bit of smoke. Enjoyed it, but would not let it age any longer. Drinks well now, but worry it would be lacking fruit altogether if given another two years.
