  March 10, 2010 - Funky nose when opened -- Maybe that blasted rubber "cork" -- Decanted for 3 hours. Paired will Korean bbq skirt steak. Nice acidity cuts the fatty beef. Big dark fruit. Pleasant sweet nose. Chewy tannins. Hint of oak. Solid...would buy again. Gets better apre dinner with even more air in the glass. Air it out!

  I really enjoyed the 07 and 08 vintage of this wine, 08 being much better. (Except for a large shipment of magnums that came in and were all corked)
