  March 12, 2010 - On the nose are earthy, pleasing aromas of blackberry, bacon fat, white pepper, and herbs. The flavors of plum, smoke, meat and herbs carry well onto a solid finish. The wine has good structure, and is in perfect balance, with fresh acidity complementing the fresh fruit and quite plush mouthfeel. Very good
