March 16, 2010 - This wine paired beautifully with 'authentic' Chinese food. It really brought out the spices in the dishes. This was one of the best wines paired with the cuisine at our Wine Woot dinner. It is fruity (cherry) and not too heavy. This was a real crowd pleaser...would order again!
