  March 26, 2010 - Not sure how this wine warranted a 92 point score from Stephen Tanzer. Lots of berries and funk on the nose; cedar and eucalyptus. Biggest problem for me: wine was overpowered by the alcohol and never came together. Drank over the course of 90 minutes, but the wine never fully integrated. Definitely not worth the $50 retail price, since there are much better offerings out there from the likes of Ridge and Seghesio. Data says drink by 2012, but I don't think the wine will ever improve.
