  June 5, 2010 - Decant to eliminate the big, upfront early burn and let this wine settle in. Agree with other comments, seems to have peaked and it's now on the mature side. Third bottle we've had and the first was the best, more worthy of the WS93. Prune on the nose with hints of ash and spice. Sweet and fruity then white pepper all on the palate, tanins make your mouth pucker. Dry, round, full finish with mild white pepper burn. Nice, but left yearning for the earlier bottles.
