  June 7, 2010 - The nose is somewhat simple and one-dimensional (light rose and little tar, and some sharpness from the alcohol), but well structured in both acid and tannin with red cherry on the mid-palate and a medium to long finish. These notes are from the second day, and from the half of the bottle that was left in the decanter. Given how much air this absorbed, this easily could go 8-10 years, even longer.
