  June 29, 2010 - I realize this bottle should have been racked for years to judge properly, but this is a 2005 Saint -Estephe that you can still buy, so I wanted to give it a taste. With each sip, I kept thinking, "2005 Bordeaux, be patient and optimistic." However, with each sip I struggle to taste anything but bitter alcohol. There were hints of berry and Earth, but they were so overwhelmed by the alcohol taste. I simply don't have the talent to see through that and will not be buying anymore of this very disappointing wine.
