July 6, 2010 - My favorite Burgundy to date. Unfortunately we drank it while in Italy after leaving France because I didn't think I could get it back in my luggage. Deep rich dark purple with almost an Amorone like taste. Tobacco, leather, dark fruit. Structured tannins and acidity and able to drink alone or with food. Our hotel brought us cheese, bread and salume's when I told them what we had to drink. I would definitely by more if I could get it here in the US.
