  May 22, 2006 - Last Monday Tasting Group (Fisher Compound): Light pale. Not particularly aromatic initially. On the palate the wine was a little phenolic, but not out of line. The acidity seems almost bracing and hard to believe that is wine is a Demi-Sec. With some coaxing lanolin on top of wet stones emerge. While slightly shut down, this wine has a great deal of potential. One of my top wines of the night.
