May 22, 2006 - Last Monday Tasting Group (Fisher Compound): Bright pale boardering on golden. Lime and egg shell complemented by lanolin and smoky spice. On the palate there is definitely some RS, but it must be on the low end for Moelleux. Wonderful balance. No noticable phenolics whatever. A truly great wine.
