  Color – Light Cherry read - the bottom of the bottle became cloudy, which was upsetting
  Appearance – brilliant and clear - until the last pours
  Aroma – beautiful red fruit, strawberry, raspberry with hits of cool green leaves (I find both Hirsch wines have this and love it)
  Body – light body and mouth
  Taste – crisp acid, fruit and green leaves
  Textures – smooth
  Finish - light red fruit, with a stronger acid
