  September 6, 2010 - This was a very interesting wine. Having read some of the notes here and knowing White Burgundies have been premoxing, I decided to open this. The acid on this was pretty prominent and it really got your mouth watering however, there was more than enough fruit to back it up. No premox here and in fact this could have and should have been held at least another 10 years. After about 4 hours in a decanter it just started developing the depth of flavor it's capable of.
