  September 6, 2010 - This wine is beginning to show secondary Burgundy flavors of mushrooms, truffles, wet stones and lots of minerals. Tight at the start but mellowed out and developed into a lovely dark cherry earthy Burg that I really enjoy with a long medium finish. This will get better in 5+ years so I'm not opening any more bottles...
