  September 22, 2010 - Great Loire Cabernet Franc. Amazing value for serious hand-made wine. Concentrated with dark fruits and cocoa-like tannins which are substantial, but in balance. Savory, a little earthy, cocoa. Nice changes through the bottle. This is my 3rd of this vintage - quite sure it will be improving for awhile yet.
