  October 30, 2010 - Popped, left open for a couple of hours, then enjoyed with a meal of seared ahi tuna, long beans, okra and brown rice. Expressive nose of citrus and minerality. Lime, lemon, grapefruit, granny smith apples, abundant citric acidity, crisp, clean, bracing. Delicious wine.
